Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all data associated with it at any time, using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

Open the app, go to Account, and choose Delete account. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted straight away. This is the fastest option.

Option 2 — By email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@povniaapp.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We use your registered email to confirm ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account — email address and hashed password.
• Profile and birth data — date, time (optional) and place.
• Saved locations — coordinates, city, timezone and hemisphere.
• Preferences and settings — language, categories, notifications, theme.
• Additional profiles you created for family or friends — their names and birth data.
• Journal — mood check-ins, notes, cycle intentions, garden records and activity entries.
• Subscription records associated with your account.
• Support requests you sent from inside the app.

All of the above is permanently removed from our database (records cascade-delete with the account, so nothing is left behind).

What we keep

We do not retain your personal data after deletion. Residual copies in routine, encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. We keep no data except where a specific law requires it.
